Transformational Life Coaching: The value of coaching is now being recognized for its positive and lasting effects. Transformational Life Coaching facilitates the recognition of an individual’s gifts and talents, empowering the person from the inside out. A coach nurtures the dream, innate gifts and inherent wisdom that already lie within. A coach helps the individual to discover a sense of purpose, while assisting her/him to recognize and break out of self-defeating behaviors and thinking. In this class, you will learn to utilize motivational tools and researched-based mind-body techniques designed to facilitate your clients’ transformation to becoming fully and freely alive! You learn how transformational life coaching works through an experiential process that guides you to discover the dream in your heart, recognize what stops you from reaching it, break through the barriers and take action steps towards making your dreams come true. Through the process, you gain coaching skills that you, in turn, may utilize with your own clients. You develop practical skills to empower yourself, and your clients, to feel confident and motivated from the inside out. You gain a wealth of tools to assist your client to live up to her/his highest potential, to set goals and to succeed. Through interactive activities, and experience, as both ‘client’ and ‘coach’, you bring forth your best inner leader, acquire methods to improve individual effectiveness, learn to recognize and transform limiting beliefs and behaviors, and realize the importance of a holistic approach to balance mind, body and spirit.

Donna Packard, M.Ed., directed an educational and literacy program for homeless adults for 12 years. During that time, she designed and developed a motivational program to assist people to feel good about who they are, and to believe in themselves to break through barriers and limitations and take action steps towards reaching their dreams. She further developed this program and has utilized it successfully with people from all walks of life including individuals, groups, business, wellness centers, and health and human service workers. The program, and Donna's innate ability to recognize and nurture peoples' gifts, facilitates the process of the individual to become empowered from the inside out. She integrates powerful mind-body methods and strategies that provide tools that are life-changing. Donna is currently is a Transformational Facilitator, Life Coach, Personal and Professional Development coach, writer, and instructor for World University, Hesser College, The American Institute of Creative Education and the University of New Hampshire. She is a certified Transformational Breathwork Facilitator and Certified Life Coach. She is author of Creating Peaceful Families: A Prevention Toolkit for Caregivers and Parents of Young People 2005. Teacher As Life Coach: Motivating Students From Inside Out, 2004, Creating Peaceful Schools: Bullying Awareness and Prevention, Transforming Stress: Creating Peace - A Stress Management Workbook for Teens and is a contributor to Caron Goode's Nurture Your Child's Gift: Inspired Parenting. (Beyond Words Publishing, Inc. 2001). She is also on the Board of Directors for the Interdisciplinary Applied Music and Sound Research Association. Donna is founder of Full Circle Celebrations, Full Circle Breathing, and The Breathing Peace Network.
