A study and analysis of dream consciousness, East and West. A transcultural perspective. Jungian dream theory, the unconscious, the archetypes, and the "little" and "big" dreams. Lucid dreaming. The Eastern concept of Tibetan dream yoga, using dream consciousness to further spiritual realization. Contemporary synthesis of various concepts of dreamwork. Dream journaling and interpretation.
