To apply online for World University's Spiritual Ministry Certificate Program, please complete the following four steps:

    Step A.  Please review the Computer-related Requirements for Online Programs.

    Step B.  Fill out Part One, below, of this application form, and click on the SUBMIT button to send Part One to the Registrar by e-mail.

    Step C.  Print a copy of this form by clicking on your browser's PRINT
    button, so that you will have a copy of the list of supporting
    documents required.

    Step D.  Gather, copy and/or compose, as appropriate, the various documents, essays and/or written statements required in Part Two of this application and mail them with your application fee to:

When you have been accepted for admission, we will notify you by e-mail and send a username and password that will allow you to register for courses and pay your tuition by using the Registration Gateway.

Notice Concerning Instruction in English:   Due to our location and the limits of our staff and funds, World University in Ojai currently offers instruction in English only. If the primary language of instruction for your last diploma received was not English, you will be asked in this application to provide evidence of your ability to read and write third-year, college-level English.

Part Two  --  Supporting Documents
and Application Fee Required

2.  [___]  Copies of your diplomas or transcripts from the schools and colleges attended as listed in your application. (Copies of transcripts, if available, may be submitted in place of copies of diplomas.)

4.  [___]  If the primary language of instruction for your last diploma received was not English, please provide evidence of your ability to read and write third-year college-level English. This should include an essay or term paper you have written, transcripts of English classes you have taken, and scores on English tests(if available).

6.  [___]  Please request that a letter of recommendation be sent to World University from at least one minister or college or university teacher under whom you have studied, regarding your academic ability and character.  You are welcome to submit up to three such letters in support of your application.  In all cases, please have each person send their letter of recommendation directly to the Office of the Registrar, World University, P.O. Box 1567, Ojai, CA 93024-1567 USA.

World University will acknowledge receipt of both Part One and Part Two of your application by e-mail, if you have listed an e-mail address, or by postal mail (air mail to countries outside USA).   We cannot complete the processing of your application until we receive Part Two, so please complete Part Two as quickly as possible.
