"Open College" Program

Admission Application (non C.E.U.)

may be used for a single online course

.

INTRODUCTION  (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):   Enrolling in a World University online course as an Open College Program student is a two-step process.  The first part is to apply for admission to our Open College Program.  The goal of this part is to make sure that you have enough previous college experience and/or English-language writing skills in order to be able to participate successfully in our courses.  The second step of the enrollment process is to register for a specific course (or courses) and pay your tuition.  This form is the admission application.  When you have been accepted for admission, we will e-mail you a username and password that will allow you to register for courses and pay your tuition by using the Registration Gateway.  (If you wish to take an online course at WorldU for nursing, social work or counseling Continuing Education Units, please go to our C.E.U. Enrollment Application.  For academic degrees and vocational certificate programs, please go to our Degree and Certificate Enrollment Application.)

Admission to one or more courses at WorldU as an Open College Program student does not constitute admission to a degree or certificate program.  To apply individually completed courses to a degree or certificate program, a student needs to apply to, and be accepted into, that program.  For more information about degree and certificate programs, please visit the program description section of our Catalog.
